New Website – Account Login and Other Known Issues
As you may have noticed, we updated our website and we think y’all are really going to like it. We also want to assure you that all current orders and information are accounted for and you have nothing to worry about. However, with any major change like this, there are a couple bugs we are in the process of ironing out and we appreciate your patience as we launch this fresh, new website!
Here are some known issues we are working on right now:
One of the bugs we’re fixing right now is re-connecting all customer accounts from our previous site to this new one. If you’d like to check the status of your order or use a coupon on a purchase you will need to use our old site for the time being.
If you want to check the status of your order that has been placed before Dec 19, 2018, please navigate to our old website and log in as usual to view your order. We are working on getting these orders updated into the new website. Again, all orders and information are accounted for and you have nothing to worry about.
If you have a coupon you have been saving up and want to use on a purchase, please log in on our old website to redeem it. We are currently working on getting all previous coupons connected to our new, fancy website – but we need a little more time to get that working correctly.
Google’s Chrome browser is not playing nice with our new website at the moment. Please use Internet Explorer or Safari for the best shopping experience. We know a lot of you use Google Chrome and we are working on tuning our site so that it runs smoothly on that platform.
